STOP
First of all, see that your root address for this site is www.patzinakia.com. If it's not, then you're on a mirror site. Please go to the right address and let us know who's the jerk that has been mirroring our material... again.
BEWARE

Secondly, please beware that using material from this site for your benefit may take you to a court of law. But let's not be that bad. Let's take it easy:

All the books linked to this page are available free of charge in a PDF format. The future apARTe Publishing House allows its readers to download and read them without any restrictions; it will continue doing so once it will finally be created. The books may circulate freely, as long as their usage corresponds either to a private or to a scientific need. However, all this material should never be sold or used for purposes of a different sort. For editorial reasons, they cannot be reproduced on other sites and noone is allowed to link directly to the PDF content. The only thing permitted is citation, and the reproduction of the cover, followed by the complete name of the author, the book's title (or the name of the article), the collection (or the journal issue), the editor, and the year. When doing this, one should link either to the online books' index page, or to the private page of the needed book.

MONUMENTA and the BASARABI-MURFATLAR section

Both texts and images contained in this section cannot be copied either on other sites or in print without the copyrighter’s specific permission. The illustrative material can and may be used freely only for your own personal use. In scholar purposes the users need not appeal to the copyrighter’s accord. However, the members of the Romanian Group for an Alternative History wish to be credited for the effort they took in publishing such data on the web. References for all images and texts used should contain the copyrighter’s name, followed by the phrase  “courtesy of the Romanian Group for an Alternative History”. If one feels like citing the Patzinakia information in his/her study, the citation should be given sub voce, followed by complete references to the author of the presentation, the photographer, and the precise coordonates of the "Monumenta" section.

The texts reproduced in this section of the site are taken from various sources and editions. When using them, please do not cite Patzinakia, for the editors of the aforesaid texts have never been members of this site! Always check the last line of the page containing the text you need, for there one may find the exact references. The name mentioned below, with the copyright mark, is the name of the "scribe", the nice person that should be credited only for the effort of typing the text. Only the inscriptions reppresent the work of the copyrighter. However, they are not fully academically edited. One may always bear in mind such details. Thank you for understanding!

These pieces of fun might be pretty stupid, but they're the work of various people, so don't mess with them carelessly. You may mail them to whomever you may like, you may link to them no matter how, you may cite them, but you may never put them on other sites! That's all folks. It's not that complicated after all!

But, please remember that, in case you use material from this site without its copyrighters' specific permission, your friends might pay you a visit in jail! Be civil and don't misbehave!
